We are an online consulting firm specializing in the delivery of a tailor-made professional services that transforms non-profits to high performance community builders. Our services include – Organization assessment which investigates the change readiness. Experiential (hands-on) learning and Coaching. Talent development Multilevel capacity building. Strategic Human Resource Management support. For the most part, newly promoted leaders are trained in leadership development by either group training or Coaching. However, group training does not attend to individual needs, nor do they allow follow-up with trainees to assess their progress. While many consulting firms administer soft skills Training, gaining hard skills, or developing strategy implementation competencies are lacking. Orbis Consulting Services is uniquely qualified to provide a bundle of service as a one-stop-shop for non-profits leadership and talent development needs.

Raghu Reddy is Orbis’ Senior Advisor. He has a PhD in Sociology and has a rich 20 years’ experience in change management, employee engagement, program management, process management, process consulting, gender research and diversity & inclusion initiatives. Raghu has erstwhile worked with 24/7 Customer, Satyam Computers (Tech Mahindra) and Microland. He supported operations in Asia, Australia, Europe and North America. He helped organizations build their process capabilities in delivering superior outcomes in productivity, employee and customer satisfaction through process maturity models and improvement methodologies. He executed process-consulting assignments in US, South Africa, and South Korea. Raghu is married and has one amazing child. Off work, he loves to read and volunteer in the area of gender diversity and inclusion, and education of underprivileged children.

Isaac Vimalraj is the Managing Director of Orbis. He has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. He is an aspiring entrepreneur who started various businesses like Furniture Manufacturing unit, Commercial and Residential Interior; He had great strategic insight in leadership and good operational knowledge about budgeting, which led him to start his own company in 2000. Isaac is the founder and proprietor of Vantage, a company started with no formal investment or backing, with sheer hard work, dedication, and many sleepless nights; he ensured Vantage became the leading interior designing company, serving MNC's based in India. He was the liaison for a website development company where he oversaw the product development process and interacted with clients from Australia, the UK,and other parts of Europe. He joined Orbis because of his vision and mission to develop leaders. Being the leader he is today, he struggled in his initial stage to find help. Isaac was a national-level athlete before getting into a business career. He still begins his day with a long run and for sure brings the same spirit and positivity to work. His greatest strength is to build & maintain relationships.

Bethany Figueroa is a Project Coordinator at Orbis. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from The Cooper Union, where she completed her capstone project on the feasibility of an Oxford/AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine facility and was the secretary for the university's Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers student chapter. Bethany interned at the consulting firm CG/LA Infrastructure inc. in Washington D.C., where she worked on the firm's email algorithm system and outreached for their Latin American Leadership Forum. She also analyzed financial risks and environmental impacts of green engineering projects for CG/LA's clients prior to joining Orbis Consulting Services. In her free time, Bethany enjoys creating digital art and developing game assets."Bethany also works as a Research Support Specialist at Cornell ILR's Climate Jobs Institute."

I am a native New Yorker and first generation Hispanic-American. I was the first in my family to attend college. I attended Queensborough Community College where I graduated with an associate degree in Business Administration. I will be returning to school in the fall as a SUNY Empire student to finally complete my bachelor's degree in Business Administration. I currently hold a certification in Spanish interpretation and translation from the Southern California School of Interpretation. I used that certification to volunteer at the Mayor's Office of Immigration Affairs as an interpreter.
I started my SUNY career at SUNY College of Optometry as an Office Assistant and was promoted to Assistant Clinic Manager within 18 months. A year later I served as Interim Clinic Manager of Vision Rehabilitation at the University Eye Center. I sat on the Environmental Safety and Infection Control Committee along with the Events Committee. My work experience is mostly in Health Care Management, but I am excited to change gears and work with continuing adult education at the Harry Van Arsdale School of Labor Studies at SUNY Empire State College.
On my time off you can find me at an immersive art exhibit or museum. I would consider myself an art connoisseur and am a member of the NYC ballet, The Metropolitan Opera, and art venues like The Shed. My other great passion in life is travel, I have been to places like China, Greece, and Japan. I also enjoy volunteering and have had the privilege to work with St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, The USO, and DOROT.

Nivetha is Orbis’ s Business Consultant. She has her Master’s in Computer Science from Bangalore University, where she developed a software project for event management, specially designed for strategic planning. She has worked as a public relations co-ordinator for a non-profit organization in India, where she developed a website, handled social media marketing and interacted with US clients for tech support. Nivetha has strong multi-tasking skills, with ability to manage various projects and schedules. She likes to do glass paintings and solve sliding tile puzzles in her leisure times.

He has done his Bachelors in Commerce where he specialised in Marketing and Human Resources from Christ University, Bangalore, where he actively participated in events throughout college and took on various responsibilities such as student council representative for his class. He has interned at Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd where he worked in the Human Resources department with several Directors the US East, US West and Western Europe before joining us here at Orbis Consulting Services. He is also a certified Microsoft office specialist in excel. While not engaged in work, Abhishek loves to listen to music, play cricket and enjoys playing the guitar
