He has a PhD in Sociology and has a rich 20 years’ experience in change management, employee engagement, program management, process management, process consulting, gender research and diversity & inclusion initiatives. Raghu has erstwhile worked with 24/7 Customer, Satyam Computers (Tech Mahindra) and Microland. He supported operations in Asia, Australia, Europe and North America. He helped organizations build their process capabilities in delivering superior outcomes in productivity, employee and customer satisfaction through process maturity models and improvement methodologies. He executed process-consulting assignments in US, South Africa, and South Korea. Raghu is married and has one amazing child. Off work, he loves to read and volunteer in the area of gender diversity and inclusion, and education of underprivileged children.

Isaac Vimalraj is the Managing Director of Orbis. He has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. He is an aspiring entrepreneur who started various businesses like Furniture Manufacturing unit, Commercial and Residential Interior; He had great strategic insight in leadership and good operational knowledge about budgeting, which led him to start his own company in 2000. Isaac is the founder and proprietor of Vantage, a company started with no formal investment or backing, with sheer hard work, dedication, and many sleepless nights; he ensured Vantage became the leading interior designing company, serving MNC's based in India. He was the liaison for a website development company where he oversaw the product development process and interacted with clients from Australia, the UK,and other parts of Europe. He joined Orbis because of his vision and mission to develop leaders. Being the leader he is today, he struggled in his initial stage to find help. Isaac was a national-level athlete before getting into a business career. He still begins his day with a long run and for sure brings the same spirit and positivity to work. His greatest strength is to build & maintain relationships.

Nivetha is Orbis’ s Business Consultant. She has her Master’s in Computer Science from Bangalore University, where she developed a software project for event management, specially designed for strategic planning. She has worked as a public relations co-ordinator for a non-profit organization in India, where she developed a website, handled social media marketing and interacted with US clients for tech support. Nivetha has strong multi-tasking skills, with ability to manage various projects and schedules. She likes to do glass paintings and solve sliding tile puzzles in her leisure times.

Abhishek Wilson is a Business Analyst at Orbis. He has done his Bachelors in Commerce where he specialised in Marketing and Human Resources from Christ University, Bangalore, where he actively participated in events throughout college and took on various responsibilities such as student council representative for his class. He has interned at Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd where he worked in the Human Resources department with several Directors the US East, US West and Western Europe before joining us here at Orbis Consulting Services. He is also a certified Microsoft office specialist in excel. While not engaged in work, Abhishek loves to listen to music, play cricket and enjoys playing the guitar
